Once the project design is completed, we apply ourselves to prepare the budget for the implementation and execution of the project, elaborating a detailed list of tasks and materials required, evaluating alternatives and analyzing in depth every detail. In this first contact with the project we establish an important connection with the architectural firm responsible for the design, in order to evacuate any doubts and  propose different alternatives based on our experience, extensive knowledge of materials and constructions systems that best fit projects in the Patagonia. Once the Budget is finalized, a Work Plan is put together.  This document shows the tasks to be performed every month with the corresponding percentage of completion.  A "progress curve" is also included with the corresponding "cash flow" so that the Client is informed at all times the monthly disbursements that need to be made.
