Fixed Price

Each task that needs to be performed is detailed in the Final Budget in quantity and price.  Also, we put together a Work Plan with  investment curves in order to have a clear understanding of the expected cash flow.  In the Work Plan all tasks are indicated in time and monthly payments are defined for the full duration of the project.

Known Term

With the development of the Work Plan and the monthly monitoring of the project´s progress, we ensure the lead time agreed with the customer at the initiation of the construction work.
